Newcastle MBA will be your Employer for the duration of your Traineeship to handle everything administration wise and provide support and guidance while you’re gaining on the job skills with a valued Host Employer.

• Receive accurate and timely payments – MBA processes your pay, superannuation, etc.
• Job Security – If your Host Employer runs low in work, MBA will attempt to find another Host Employer in order for you to continue and complete your Traineeship.
• Learn from and be mentored by industry experts.
• Don’t pay, get paid – Training Fees are covered and textbook costs are reimbursed to you.
• Receive personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout your Apprenticeship (Steel-Cap Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Hat, Vest, etc).
• Receive dedicated support from our Field Officers throughout your Traineeship.

Desired Qualities:

• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Electrical.
• Commitment to completing a 4-year Apprenticeship (TAFE studies and onsite skills).
• Find fulfillment in practical and hands-on tasks.
• Honest, hardworking, reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills with the capability to ask questions when needed.
• Holds a current drivers licence or has reliable transportation to and from local job sites.
• White card or willing to obtain prior to starting.
